Live Java Chat

Storm Chat is a live JavaChat service enabling Storm fans on the Web to talk about Manchester Storm with other fans in real-time. It is hosted by SneakerChat. You must have a Java-enabled browser (such as later versions of Netscape or MSIE) that has Java switched on. Please remember that Java is quite slow on a modem link, so the 70K applet will not be activated for a few seconds. Also, if you accessing from a company that has a firewall, Storm Chat will not work. There are also reported problems with AOL accounts. For further information see the FAQ and Troubleshooting page. Also visit the Instructions page for further help.

This chat room is isolated from other SneakerChat rooms to minimise the chance of problems caused by other users (ie. hackers) coming from other rooms. If you are worried about the possibility of someone hacking into your machine, make sure you have the security patch for Windows 95 installed (or the equivalent for your operating system) - the FAQ page gives you the link to this.
