Really good hockey page ! Devils, Stealers, IHNR eat your hearts out ! They should visit you to see how to do it. Pity you can't say the same about the hockey team though ! Joking.... Honest... New season, new (ish) team Squirt's OK as a coach .. got a good record. As for kingston hawks... how could you let them beat you again !!!!! Ayr are another matter. Oh, bye the way, you've probably guessed that I'm not a Storm Fan (exclusively) We've been Hockey fans for many years in this house, and have supported Humberside Seahawks, The one and only glorious WARRIORS, Cleveland (aka Billingham) Bombers, and now Ayr Scottish Eagles. We had a go at supporting Basingstoke Basin (deliberate error) but lets face it they are soooooo boring it's not possible. If you are a real Hockey nut you might just spot the connection....hint, Centre, Record holder for scoring at at least one of these clubs. PS. Could you pass a message on to Jeff Lindsay.."Yvette and Dave say congrats (belatedly) and hope that Kim and Kyle are doing well"

Why don't you lot stop whimpering on, the season has only just started, you have major injuries and are in a new league, it even took us 2 year to win the premier division and your club isn't a tenth as smart as we are. Lawless is a good man, he will get you good players, if you want players today they will be dummies, you have to wait for the right guys to become available.

Hey Simon - great page! I think it's really cool that guys like you take the time out to do this kind of stuff, and I'm sort of getting into this internet thing myself now. If it's OK with you I'm going to try and set something up so that you can come on down to one of our training meetings and talk to the players so that you have some real interviews on your site. I'll be in touch soon. Stay Stormin' John

I rely upon this now that Teletext seems so hit and miss on it's results and service. I am a bit edgy about our ability to score past the monsters in defence that we are up against now. 2nd line looks much stronger, in fact the 2nd line seems to be doing better than the 1st. WANTED, 3 NINE FOOT SIX 18 STONE 1st LINE ATTACK PDQ.

I like the Web Site a lot... the Graphics are kinda too quick but at least they are used sparingly. The site is well organized and has all the things I wanna see. I've just been browsing the GuestBook and while I'm not a supporter of either the Storm or the Steelers, don't those Squealer's fan's get right up your nose, buy the biggest most expensive team of Canadians and other foreigners and then Lord it over the other clubs like they've achieved something. Bring back the limited import rule for the sake of BRITISH Hockey.

Been here before. Just thought we'd pop back and help you with the match reports. On their Superleague debut last night at the Sheffield Arena the Storm played well and held the Grand Slam Champions to a creditable 1-2 but in the final period the depth of the Steelers bench enabled them to keep the tempo of the game too high for the tiring Storm....the classiest move of the night coming from Welshman Nicky Chinn who out- thought, out-fought, and out paced the pedestrian Pallister to score the 6th goal of the game for the Steelers Final Score Steelers 6 Storm 1. We tried to warn you it wouldn't be easy

Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed the silence after our second goal (7mins) last game. Come on people....cough upsome cash (more cash) and maybe Uncle Jonny can buy you a real team, with some good players in it. Have fun in Europe, dont forget now - TPS will prob score more goals than you saw last season, just in 1 game, so dont get too upset. Luv & Kisses Mike 'Psycho Nutter' Ware

Nice setup! I was wondering if the David Smith listed as a member of the Storm is the Dave Smith that played in the IHL with Los Angeles and Detroit last season? He seems like a nice guy. I wrote to him and he signed my cards and wrote a nice letter. He's a great offensive/powerplay forward. I was disapointed he never got a shot in the NHL. Also, I see Nick Poole is playing there. Saw him play many times with the Dayton Bombers. Not a bad offensive player, and is very tenacious on the forecheck and penalty kill.
