I distinctly remember a very quiet, stunned crowd leaving the arena on that night. it would have been no use them trying to shout because we storm fans were so loud we out shouted your PA system.
The crowd on that night when we beat the steelers 9-4 was a very poor crowd which was well less than capacity. There were a lot of empty seats which was extremely dissapointing for a saturday night.
There was definitely no standing ovation as you put it. You must have mistaken people putting on their coats and leaving for an ovation. SILLY YOU!
