It does work, I'd guess the ratio is Score a goal 10%, Concede a goal 50%, nothing happens 40% or summat. Thought the Boston bruins have done it in 2 out of the last 3 games.
I've never seen it work for the Storm, but then we are crap in Overtime as well and it took us 9 attempts to win one of them. The answer is "it will happen... someday".
