I've come to the conclusion that Ogden's dropping people's pages from the match programme is prbably nothing to do with the pages themselves. I believe that because Storm are becoming more popular, and more successful, more businesses want to advertise in the progammes, and so Ogden's are dropping the pages to create more advertising space- and so more revenue for themselves. Either that or they want to make the programme thinner, and so cheaper. It might not be true, and has no substantiating evidence- but it's one explanation.
