Recently in the NHL, Patrick Roy was given a penalty for 'Goalie past red line' when he got fed up and attempted to score. This is all very well but does it not mean that when the goaltender leaves the ice on a delayed call, when his team's bench is in the opposite zone, he should be penalised?
