I have to agree the advertising is poor to say the least, and when they do advertise in the MEN they get it wrong.
I rang to book a student ticket on my debit card recently and was told flatly no we don't do that conssesionary, so I quoted the ad in the MEn and was told they knew nothing about it they were ticketmaster not Nynex what a load of tosh after much discussion they said that I could not have a student
ticket because I could not prove that I was a student on the phone, when I asked was it posssible that I could get one for a ub40 holder (of which there is no such thing anymore) on my card they said yes we can do that, this was done without proof of the holder having a ub40,
so it is unlikely that anybody facing this sort of mess once would wish to go through it again it is only because I myself own a season ticket and don't often get a student ticket that i carry on with this senseless system.

Also when you consider the price for an average family of four to go to the games its just to expensive i myself must spend just under £10 a match once you've bought a programme and a 50/50 ticket then food and drink, with christmas coming the figures are bound to drop.
Why do ogdens also feel it necessary to promote the giants with family tickets and ladies nights of which there is one soon but feel that this is not necessary in Storms case.

P.s FOR GOD SAKE IF ANYBODY FROM OGDENS READS THIS YOUR MERCHANDISING STINKS AFTER REASURANCES THAT THIS YEAR THERE WOULD BE A BETTER RANGE OF ITEMS YET AGAIN WE ARE LEFT DISAPPOINTED, COME ON LOOK AT SHEFFIELDS MERCHANDISE, WE LAG SADLY BEHIND. aS A DESIGNER MYSELF i CAN THINK OF HUNDREDS OF DIFFERENT ITEMS WHICH WOULD DO WELL IN THE SHOP SO COME ON
GET IT TOGETHER OGDENS!!!!!!!!!!
