Both Ceefax (BBC) and Teletext (ITV) rely extensively on Press Association (PA) copy ... this accounts for the similarity in many reports. One presumes last night the copy was late for some reason.
At the Nynex phones are provided for the PA reporter ... but maybe things arent so easy at Cardiff. I dont know.
Ceefax coverage is boosted by input from GMR reporters when they attend games ... and myself when GMR has no one available and Im leant on to help out.
I am passing everyones comments on to the person in charge ... cos I dont think they realise how well used ceefax/teletext is by hockey fans who have few "free" sources of info available to them.

I know its not perfect at the moment ... but Its a hell of alot better than in season one and two. The judgement will come when Storm reach the best of three semi final play off. GMR must cover each game I think .... and im expressing my view loudly.
I just need the team to get there!!!
