I'm sure it was a case of 'human error' all along. If you are the person involved, you sound quite calm and laid back about it so why has Simon blown it up out of all proportion? I do think people expect too much from these sort of organizations. Why can't we give credit where it's due instead of finding fault with everything? Why do people think they can always do a better job?
