Don't get too wildly excited! From what I have seen of roller hockey the games are generally higher-scoring due to the relative difficulty of stopping on blades as compared to skates. A defenceman has to be really nifty to avoid being deked one-on-one and left behind with a grandstand view of the ensuing goal! I haven't seen RHI games as our team (Calgary Radz) decamped about the same time as we arrived. In amateur games they play four-on-four which also pads the goal totals. It's a riotous game to play if you are used to ice-hockey..try a hockey-stop!!!!
