Beeb always used to show the Wembley finals on Sunday Grandstand. Normally edited highlights of the first two periods, followed by the full final period. Really great for those of us who couldn't afford to go. Plus, they're obvioulsy showing hockey in the Olympics coverage. Talking of which, did anyone spot Bernie on their Olympics programme, saturday night? They were showing a guide to hockey, and when they mentioned goalies, they cut to a picture of a goalie in training kit rughing up the crease. Well, his helmet is pretty distinctive (ooo-err!), not that I can actually work out what animal it actually is. Looks like a rat to me :-) So even the Beeb think he's the best in the world! :-)
