Well, without wanting to sound too biased, Boniface was crap to both teams. At one point in the match, Junkin got smacked in the head and skated off leaving a trail of blood on the ice. Boniface saw it and just skated up the other end, and never even had the blood washed off. And, I've been told that the other two incidents weren't so clear-cut. A Steeler friend last night told me she thought Plommer just skated into the boards, rather than taking a slash. And those with the facility of replays (unlike us at the games) reckoned that Priestlay actually bent down fairly low when he was cut, meaning the stick wasn't above shoulder level and so not high sticks.

I agree that Sheffield played hard, but the Bees controled the match all night. We dictated the pace and made sure Steelers were never comfortable on the puck. As to the Final, well we're stuffed. But who cares? Are first ever senior final, and it's only taken ten years! :-)
