How on earth can ogdens and the nynex arena justify the fact that they ran out of programmes for the steelers game.
After the cock ups of last year you would of thought that they might of learned a valuable lesson.
If fans want to buy a programme then they should be available.
I was disgusted to get to the nynex only to be told that they had sold out of programmes.
Surely they should have realised the size of the crowd and prepared in an organised fashion.
Somebody really ought to get their finger out and sort the situation out.
