Yes you can only get tickets at Stormforce desk, Ian no longer takes bookings over the phone.
I think that he always tries to sell the tickets with a coach, ticket. Unless he has some left then some will be available without coach ticket, this is to aviod having half a coach empty, and thus losing money. You get 50 people per coach so we will be taking either 4 coaches, i.e. 4 * 50, or 3 coaches, and he has sold the other 50 tickets to other Stormforce members.
