Totally agree there.The Steelers programme
was excellent(I've still not managed to get all the way throught it yet).
The thing is,it's produced by the same people who do the Storm's,not to mention Stockport County's who always win an award for theirs.
It's typical of the Storm's style of management-
don't give out too much information-be as bland
and uncrontroversial as you can be.To this end,
fill the programme with big pictures(admittedly good ones) because the kiddies like pictures,fill
two whole pages with the 'Rules of the game'
(OK for the first year or two,but c'mon-do we really need to see that much EVERY week.If
there is a newbie sat near me I'll explain whats
going on if they want!!).There is never anything,either in the programme or over the PA
system about why players are not icing(For 6
months last season I thought that Bart's real name ended in 'Not Icing'!!!).Virtually every other rink I've been to announces to it's fans why players aren't icing.
