I got an acknowledgement of my "official complaint" about the lack of programmes on 21st September (Paisley game). The letter was dated 2nd October and says:
Mr S Sandyford (so they didn't get a temp to type it then I see)
Cotton Street (that's spelt wrong as well)
Bury
BL10 1LQ (that's the wrong postcode!)
Dear Mr Sandyford (yawn)

Further to your completing a Customer Concern Form (I didn't - the woman I complained to did the completing!) expressing your concerns following a recent visit to the NYNEX arena (it did have a small a) Manchester for the above event.
We will be investigating the contents of the form and will provide you with our comments in due course.
