Oi, snappy. Sort your attitude out. It was me that asked the question originally, and what was apparent was that no-one really knew the answer without a rule book which was not available. You've now given us the answer, which I am reading SLOWLY, and thanks for your help. Anyway, whatever the rules say a certain amount of coincidental penalties DO appear to be at the refs discretion!
