I'm hearing from various sources that the prizes at the Stormforce bowling night on Saturday was a fix.
I wasn't there, so this is hearsay at the moment.
BUT....
The adult "winner" got 136 points - despite someone else getting 200+ points. Even the a junior got 160+ points. When the real winners questioned Stormforce as to why they hadn't won having had more points, they were told to ask the official bowling desk. The desk said that Stormforce was the organisation that decided the winner. When confronted with this evidence - including a printout of the 200+ score, the Stormforce representative replied "tough".
If this is true, then it was a blatant fix. How can they be trusted with the complex stuff if they can't handle something simple like a bowling event?
